Rumi Sevilla is a senior majoring in multimedia journalism with a minor in political science. She has been a staff reporter at her university's publication, The Prospector, as well as an editor for Minero Magazine. So far, she has published over 30 stories with both publications. Aside from writing, Rumi also has experience in audio and camera work and outside of her university does freelance and collaborative multi-media projects centered on human rights and political issues.

She plans to pursue an MFA in Documentary Film after graduation at USC.
